- Full body screen for running (strength, tightness, body mechanics, foot review)
- Injury history review
- Running technique video analysis (joint angles/foot strike/body position/support phase/force trajectory)
- Run technique program (correct flaws/optimise efficiency/decrease forces around problem areas)
- Correct technique video analysis (compare and review)
- Home strength program targeted at your running goals
- Home release program for problem tension areas
